1. General Business:
Details Mayster Heating & Air Conditioning provides HVAC services exclusively to residential clients, including diagnostics, installations, maintenance, and repairs.


2. Services Provided

  • Diagnostic Services: Furnace, Air Conditioning, Heat Pump, Thermostat, Mini Split.
  • Installation/Replacement Services: Furnace, Air Conditioning, Heat Pump, Thermostat, Mini Split, Ductwork, Indoor Air Quality.
  • Repair Services: Furnace, Air Conditioning, Heat Pump, Thermostat, Mini Split.
  • Services Not Covered: DIY systems or systems not installed by a licensed HVAC company will not be eligible for repairs or service.


3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit cards and debit cards.
  • A 50% deposit is required for all installations.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a $35 cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or missed appointments may also incur additional charges.


5. Warranty Details

  • Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty: Covers labor and craftsmanship for the equipment’s lifetime.
  • This warranty is available for installations if the homeowner chooses to receive a Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty, and it applies specifically to the installed equipment and related workmanship provided by Mayster Heating & Air Conditioning.
  • Warranty Exclusions: Warranty may be voided in cases of negligence or vandalism.
  • Trip Fee: If a homeowner requests a service visit believing the issue is related to our installation or HVAC equipment, and our team determines that the issue is unrelated to our work or equipment, a $99 diagnostic fee will be applied.


6. Liability Limitations Mayster Heating & Air Conditioning is not liable for:

  • Negligence caused by the homeowner or tenant.
  • Theft or vandalism.
  • Damages caused by adverse weather conditions.


7. Homeowner Responsibilities

  • Homeowners must ensure clear and safe access to the HVAC equipment for servicing and installing.
  • At least one adult (18+) must be present during the service.


8. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. By proceeding with any services provided by Mayster Heating & Air Conditioning, the homeowner

acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
